We’re super excited to announce that we are now officially GDPR compliant!
As part of our compliance, we’ve added a new feature that will enable you to easily and completely delete all data linked to an individual user. When you enable this option, any data deleted will not be able to be restored. You can read more on this here.
We have also appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be reached at any time by reaching out to email@example.com
There is now a Data Processing Agreement that current customers can enter into with us. To do so, navigate to your App Settings. At the top, click on the Info tab and you’ll see a link to View & Sign under the section: Agreements.
While on the Info tab, we also recommend taking a look at the section: Data Location. If your data is not in the EU data cluster, but you would like it to be, please submit the form here and a member of our support team will be able to assist with scheduling the migration right away.
We also wanted to make a note for our current customers utilizing a custom domain and needing to comply with the new ruling. We do not have the ability at this time to secure a custom domain with an SSL certificate. Although all data that passes through the app is still secured during transit, we would recommend embedding your app, to ensure your data remains secure and to remove any browser warnings.
For your convenience, here is a brief summary of the changes to each policy:
