Are Live-App users unlimited with Knack Health?

Yes. Knack Health allows unlimited Live App users with no per-user pricing, making it easy to scale access for patients, staff, and partners.

What happens if I exceed record or storage limits?

You can add additional record and storage packs or talk with our team about scaling options.

Is Knack Health HIPAA compliant by default?

Knack Health provides a HIPAA-ready platform, including plans designed for applications that handle protected health information. However, HIPAA compliance depends on how you configure and use your application and manage data. Your organization is responsible for meeting all applicable HIPAA requirements.

Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?

Yes. Knack Health supports Google SSO for Live App users, with optional domain restrictions for added access control.

Can I start on HIPAA Corporate and upgrade later?

Yes. Many teams start on HIPAA Corporate and move to Enterprise as their needs grow.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer a self-serve trial for active HIPAA plans, but you can get a 14-day free trial of our platform without HIPAA, as long as you don’t upload any PHI. Our team will walk through your use case and provide a guided demo.
