What Are Knack Flows?
Flows let you automate processes directly inside your Knack app:
- Trigger actions when records are created, updated, or deleted
- Send notifications, route approvals, update records, sync data
- Connect to external services* (Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Slack, etc.) via integrations
- Use filters and logic to control when flows run
- Choose from templates or build workflows from scratch
Because it’s built into Knack, you don’t need to manage separate orchestration tools or worry about maintaining external infrastructure.
