How Knack Flows Work

Connect Google Slides to Knack with Knack Flows to automate presentation creation using your application data. This integration allows you to generate Google Slides presentations automatically from predefined templates using data stored in Knack. Step 1: Select a Trigger

A trigger is an event in your automation that starts your Flow. In a Google Slides and Knack integration, triggers typically originate in Knack, such as when a new record is created, a form is submitted, or a status changes. These events signal when a new presentation should be generated using Google Slides.

Step 2: Set up an Action in Knack

Once a trigger has occurred, actions execute the tasks within your Flow. A Google Slides action can't create a new presentation from a template, while Knack actions can determine which data is used, how slides are populated, and where the presentation is stored or referenced. This allows presentations to be created automatically based on real-time application data.

Step 3: Connect and Automate

When your Knack Flow is ready, you can activate it immediately or expand it with additional steps. Your Google Slides and Knack apps are now connected.
