Knack Flows unlock powerful, real-time automations directly inside your Knack apps. With Flows, you can automate repetitive tasks, streamline approvals, send alerts, and even connect to third-party platforms — all without writing code. Whether you’re syncing with Google Sheets, creating records in Salesforce, or sending email or SMS notifications, Flows let your team move faster and stay in control.

Knack Flows are built into every app and can be accessed from within the Knack Builder. You’ll also find a centralized Flows dashboard at the account level to view and manage Flows across all your apps.

Every Knack subscription includes a monthly allocation of Flow transactions. Once you exceed that limit, you can upgrade with flexible Add-On packs. You only pay for what you use — and trigger steps are always free.

Knack Flows supports a growing library of popular apps and services — including Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Slack, Salesforce, Outlook, Twilio, and many more — using direct integrations and partners like Albato. Explore the full integrations directory [here].

Each Flow can run unlimited times, but you’ll only use up your monthly transaction limit when an action step (like sending a message or creating a record) runs. Trigger steps are always free.

• Your Knack plan includes a base amount of transactions per month.
• If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher plan or buy additional transactions as needed.

If you hit 90% of your monthly limit, we’ll automatically add 1,000 extra transactions for $19 to avoid service interruptions. You can disable the auto-add option anytime before your billing cycle resets, directly from your Billing tab.

Flows operate in real time. As soon as your trigger condition is met in App A, your actions in App B begin ensuring your systems are always in sync. In rare cases, API rate limits from third-party services may introduce small delays.

Yes. With filters and logic-based conditions, you can control exactly when a Flow runs.

Examples:

• Only trigger if “Amount > $1,000”
• Only continue if the record was updated in the last 24 hours

This functionality was previewed during our launch session. We’re continuing to evaluate how inbound API actions might be supported in future Flows updates.
